RadarPilot appears as a card in the right sidebar of any Contact record and any Company record in HubSpot. After installing from the HubSpot App Marketplace, the card will appear automatically — no manual configuration needed. It shows the current enrichment status for that record and a button to trigger enrichment.
For contacts, RadarPilot can populate: job title, LinkedIn URL, company size (e.g. "51–200 employees"), industry, estimated company revenue, city, country, and phone number. For companies, it adds: employee count, revenue range, founding year, LinkedIn URL, tech stack (top 10 technologies), headquarters city, and country. All data is written to custom enrichiq_* properties so your existing HubSpot data is never overwritten.
No. RadarPilot writes enriched data to its own custom property group (EnrichIQ Data) and never overwrites values you already have in native HubSpot fields like Job Title or Phone. For example, if a contact already has a job title filled in, RadarPilot will still write to enrichiq_job_title but leave the native jobtitle field untouched.
A credit is only charged when RadarPilot finds a high-confidence match (confidence score ≥ 6 out of 10) and successfully writes at least one field to HubSpot. If no match is found, if the confidence score is too low, or if there is an API error, no credit is deducted. You will never be charged for a failed or uncertain enrichment.
RadarPilot caches enrichment results for 30 days. If you enrich the same contact within 30 days of a previous enrichment, RadarPilot serves the cached result and charges 0 credits. The data is still written to HubSpot immediately. After 30 days the cache expires and the next enrichment will call the data provider again.
Bulk enrichment lets you enrich up to 500 contacts at once from the RadarPilot dashboard. Select a list of contacts, confirm the credit estimate, and RadarPilot processes them in the background — you don't need to stay on the page. When the job completes you'll see a summary of how many contacts were enriched, how many returned no match, and how many credits were used. This is available on Growth and Scale plans.
Auto-enrich automatically runs enrichment on every new contact the moment it is created in HubSpot. This means your CRM is always populated with fresh data without any manual action. Auto-enrich is available on Growth and Scale plans only. Each auto-enrichment uses 1 credit in the same way as a manual enrichment (and respects the same no-credit-for-misses rule).
On paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale), enrichments continue past your monthly credit limit and are billed as overage at $0.10 per enrichment, charged at the end of your billing period via HubSpot billing. On the Free plan, enrichments are paused when your 10 monthly credits are used, and an upgrade prompt appears in the sidebar card. Credits reset at the start of each billing month.
Yes. RadarPilot is designed to work with HubSpot Starter, Professional, and Enterprise accounts. It does not require any HubSpot Professional or Enterprise-only features. If you're on HubSpot Free, the app marketplace may have limited availability — contact us if you run into any issues.
You can cancel at any time through the HubSpot App Marketplace — navigate to your installed apps, find RadarPilot, and manage or cancel your subscription there. After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. Your enrichment history and HubSpot data are retained. If you'd like your account data deleted, email hello@pricepilot.cloud.
