Update your card, view invoices, or cancel anytime through Stripe's secure billing portal. Enter the email you used at checkout and Stripe sends you a login link. Covers both the PricePilot app and Migrate Pro.
PricePilot adds a panel across five locations: the Subscription detail page and Subscriptions list (single or bulk price changes), the Customer detail page (view all of a customer's active subscriptions and change any of them), and the Product Catalog and individual product pages (bulk migrate subscriptions or run the Create & Migrate workflow — product pages automatically pre-filter to that product's prices).
Apply now changes the price immediately and generates a prorated invoice for the remainder of the billing period. The app shows you a preview of the proration amount before you confirm.
Schedule for next cycle uses a Stripe Subscription Schedule to queue the change — the customer continues on their current price until their next renewal date, then automatically switches. No mid-period billing disruption.
It handles a full pricing rollout in one workflow: you define a new price, the app creates it in Stripe and sets it as your product's default, archives the old price so no new customers land on it, then migrates all existing subscribers to the new price using whichever timing you choose.
There's no hard cap — the app processes subscriptions in batches and reports success or failure per subscription when complete. Very large migrations (thousands of subscriptions) may take a few minutes to finish.
The app makes the change in Stripe but does not send customer-facing emails on your behalf. Stripe's own invoice and billing emails will reflect the updated price on the next invoice. If you want to proactively notify customers, we recommend sending those separately before running the migration.
The app shows a per-subscription result when the run completes. Any failures are listed with their error message so you can investigate and retry individually. Successful migrations are not affected by failures on other subscriptions in the same run.
Yes — it works in both. We recommend testing in test mode with sample subscriptions before running bulk migrations against your live customer base.
No. The app has no external servers or database. All operations happen directly through the Stripe API within your Dashboard session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open the billing portal, enter the email you used at checkout, and Stripe emails you a secure login link. From there you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access through what you've already paid for. The same portal covers both the PricePilot app and Migrate Pro.
PricePilot Migrate Pro
Migrate Pro is our separate companion tool for migrating subscriptions that the Stripe app can't touch — the ones created by membership platforms like Paid Memberships Pro and MemberPress. Open the migration tool →
The Stripe app changes prices on subscriptions in your own account, but Stripe blocks it from modifying subscriptions that were created by another application — which is what membership platforms do. Migrate Pro is a web tool you connect to with your own Stripe key, so it can bulk-re-price those subscriptions in place — no cancel-and-recreate.
Any subscription that exists as a native Stripe Subscription in your own account, including those created by Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) and MemberPress. Platforms that run their own billing engine without a Stripe subscription object aren't supported, because there's no Stripe subscription to re-price. Using something else? Email hello@pricepilot.cloud and we'll confirm whether your platform can be migrated.
Yes. You connect with your own restricted Stripe key over HTTPS. It is never stored and never logged — it lives only in your browser tab and is used per request to make the exact changes you approve. We recommend creating a minimally-scoped key and deleting it when you're done.
You choose the timing. Next cycle queues the change so subscribers switch at their next renewal with no mid-period charge. Immediate applies now with standard Stripe proration — and you can preview each subscriber's prorated invoice before running. You can also exclude trialing, discounted, or hand-picked subscribers.
Yes. Migrate Pro includes a one-click reverse that restores the original price on immediate changes and releases any scheduled (next-cycle) changes that haven't taken effect yet.
Connecting and previewing your migration — including the affected-subscriber count and MRR-change forecast — is free. Running a migration requires a Migrate Pro subscription at $399/year. Open the migration tool →
